購入から14日以内に、購入時のメールアドレス、購入日、症状（不具合の場合）を添えて、【連絡先メールアドレス】 までご連絡ください。返金は、購入時と同じ支払い方法に対して、決済サービス事業者を通じて行います。返金後、そのライセンスキーは使えなくなります。
You can try every paid feature free for 14 days before buying, so purchases are generally non-refundable. We will refund your purchase if, within 14 days of purchase, a defect prevents the paid features from working and we cannot fix it, or if you accidentally bought the plan twice. To request a refund, email 【連絡先メールアドレス】 within 14 days with your purchase email address and date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, and the license key is deactivated.
